Francisco joined the FutureLife team in April 2023. With over 20 years of experience spanning multiple industries and geographies, including roles at AniCura (Veterinary Health - Europe), GrandVision (Optical retail – 43 countries), Nike (Wholesale / Retail – EMEA), and Banking (LATAM), Francisco excels in leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams to address complex business challenges with a focus on rapid improvement. He thrives in a culture characterized by integrity, inspiration, and curiosity. Francisco holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and an MBA from IAE Business School.

Paweł joined FutureLife as Group Chief Financial Officer on 1 January 2026. He brings extensive experience in senior financial leadership across diagnostics, manufacturing and consumer goods. Most recently, Paweł served as Group CFO and Vice President of the Management Board at Diagnostyka, where he played a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, operational excellence and organisational change. His leadership during the transformation of the Diagnostyka Group enabled him to deliver one of the most acclaimed and successful healthcare IPOs in Europe in recent years. Earlier in his career, Paweł held finance executive roles at Cerrad, Tarkett and FoodCare, and gained his initial experience at Stock Spirits Group and Eurocash Group. This diverse background has given him deep expertise in financial management, governance and leading large-scale transformation. Paweł holds advanced degrees in finance, accountancy and English, combining strong analytical rigour with clear communication and a collaborative leadership style. As FutureLife continues to expand and integrate across its markets, Paweł’s leadership will be central to shaping financial strategy, accelerating performance and supporting the Group’s long-term ambitions.

Jane joined FutureLife in September 2023 as Chief Growth Officer, bringing a wealth of expertise in marketing, pricing strategies, and business development. Jane's held various leadership roles at Debenhams. These roles enabled her to successfully demonstrate her ability to develop marketing talent, building high-performing teams, and deliver successful marketing campaigns across multiple media platforms. Her contributions have been recognised with many prestigious awards. These included the World Retail Award for Best Social Media Campaign, a Cannes Lion for an innovative digital Mother’s Day campaign, and most recently an award for a campaign which celebrated women’s health in mid-life. Throughout her career, she has shown a remarkable talent for brand positioning and precise consumer targeting. Collaborating closely with clinical leaders and using consumer insights has been a crucial part of her success.

Ignacio joined FutureLife as Chief Transformation Officer in November 2023, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in innovation and technology across Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. Previously, as Managing Director at Seidor, Ignacio lead a comprehensive portfolio of innovation solutions across 39 countries. His leadership roles at NEORIS and CEMEX were instrumental in driving successful global digital transformation initiatives and establishing data-driven operations. His academic background includes a degree in Telecommunications Engineering, an MBA from IESE, and a degree in Philosophy.

José joined FutureLife as Group Chief Medical Officer on 12 January 2026. A Mexican physician based in Madrid, José brings extensive experience in reproductive medicine and a sophisticated international perspective. Having had the opportunity to learn in some of Europe’s most prestigious fertility programs, he has built a robust global network and a reputation for excellence.  Before joining FutureLife, José founded and led his own clinical group as Medical Director for over 5 years. His unique background—a blend of deep clinical heritage rooted in the origins of IVF in Mexico and a pan-European outlook shaped by his Dutch ancestry—allows him to combine clinical credibility with sharp commercial and operational insight.  In partnership with FutureLife’s medical leadership, José focuses on advancing clinical outcomes and ensuring consistently high standards of care across the Group. He plays a central role in fostering collaboration between clinics, championing evidence-led practices, and strengthening a unified medical culture. As a key representative of FutureLife in leading international forums, José helps shape the Group’s clinical direction as it continues its global expansion.

In 2018, Dr. Štěpán Machač, PhD. joined FutureLife as the Chief Medical Officer. Previously, he held significant roles focusing on reproductive medicine. Graduating from Palacký University of Medicine in Olomouc, he also holds a PhD focusing on Inherited Thrombophilia related to severe OHSS. His career started at the Gynaecology and Obstetrics Clinic at Palacký University Olomouc from 1995 to 2003, where he began focusing on infertility treatment. Prior to his role at FutureLife, between 2006 and 2014, Dr. Machač was the lead IVF doctor for international patients at Reprofit International Clinic. Since 2014, he has overseen the IVF Clinic in Olomouc. Additionally, since 2020, Dr. Machač has been the Chairman of Section of Assisted Reproduction at the Czech Medical Society. He is also an author, writing ad co-writing over 30 lectures and 40 professional articles on assisted reproduction, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, and gamma donation.

Yvonne Hignell joined FutureLife in July 2024 as VP Operations Western Europe . Yvonne brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. Her track record of success in fast-paced, agile environments demonstrates her ability to drive operational excellence and strategic growth. Before joining FutureLife, Yvonne served as Chief of Staff at Linnaeus, a Mars company specialising in veterinary health. Her contributions earned her a prestigious Mars award, and her implementation of target operating models led to impressive productivity gains. In her role of Chief Operating Officer at Cera Care, Yvonne played an important role in securing funding, integrating acquired operations, and doubling EBITDA through operational efficiency. During Yvonne’s tenure as Managing Director of Bluebird Care the network achieved impressive results - with revitalised growth, improved EBITDA, and significant regulatory ratings improvements. Yvonne’s experience and exceptional leadership skills make her a valuable addition to the Group Executive team.

Denisa is an accomplished HR professional with over 17 years of experience in renewables, financial services, consulting, and IT, working in both Prague and Jakarta. She has held key HR roles at local, regional, and global levels, including talent acquisition, business partnering, and talent development. In 2023, she was recognized as a Leader of Distinction for her innovation in employee engagement. Currently, Denisa is the Chief Human Resources Officer at FutureLife. She holds degrees from Cornell University and the University of J. A. Komenský and is fluent in Czech, English, and Spanish.
