In 2025, we launched a new tradition that will help define the culture of FutureLife for years to come. The first FutureLife Awards — a group-wide celebration — honours not only exceptional individuals, but also the teams whose collective dedication transforms patient care, strengthens collaboration, and drives our organisation forward. Across our network, colleagues submitted over 200 nominations, each highlighting stories of compassion, excellence, leadership, and teamwork.
